How a claim works
Before the appointment
Tell us your scheme and plan when you book. We confirm what is covered and flag anything that needs pre-authorisation, so there are no surprises on the day.
On the day
Bring your membership card and ID. We record the correct procedure codes as we go and submit the claim to your scheme directly — you do not pay upfront for covered work.
After treatment
If the scheme pays short, we tell you exactly why and what is left owing before you settle it. You get an itemised invoice either way.
Paying without a medical aid
You are welcome as a cash patient. We quote every treatment before we start, and for larger work we can stage it into steps you can budget for. You always leave with an itemised invoice carrying the correct procedure codes, so you can claim it back yourself if you later join a scheme.
